Please join TI at CES 2018 to learn about TI’s SimpleLink™ platform of wired and wireless-connected Arm®-based microcontrollers (MCUs) and network processors. With the rise of connected homes, buildings and factories, TI’s SimpleLink platform provides a seamless, end-to-end solution for streaming sensor data to the cloud.
To demonstrate how the SimpleLink MCU platform, which offers 100 percent application code reuse across wired and wireless MCUs, enables differentiated solutions in home, building and factory automation settings, we’ve put together a complete edge-to-gateway-to-cloud topology. This topology will be showcased in a single demo in the TI booth at CES but we wanted to share a preview with you in the video below.
Our smart automation demo showcases how the SimpleLink MCU platform can be used to develop a range of automation products with a unified software framework and development environment. For example:
If you’ll be at CES, come visit the TI booth #N115-117 in the Tech East North Hall. Otherwise, follow us through our various social media channels to stay up to date with the SimpleLink MCU platform: Twitter @TXInstruments, Facebook, Instagram @TXInstruments, LinkedIn and Google +.
This is a very well put together demo that demonstrates the multiple features of TI Connected devices. Looks like your Gateway is using a MSP432E401Y and you mentioned the CC1310 Launchpad for the Sub-1Gig connectivity. What are you using for the Bluetooth connectivity with the E-Lock circuit?
Demonstrating an actual working lock would have been cool, but you already have a ton of stuff in the demo.
thanks for sharing this.
Excellent demo. Would definitely visit TI booth. In which of those listed below will this demo be presented?
LVCC, North Hall Mtg Rms - N115
LVCC, North Hall Mtg Rms - N118
Venetian Tower - Suite 30-311
Westgate, Hospitality - Suite 373
Oh, totally missed the venue on the last paragraph. TI booth #N115-117 , Tech East North Hall. Will definitely visit.
Jon Morss - The MSP432E4 is paired with the SimpleLink BLE CC2640R2F LaunchPad kit. This adds BLE-connectivity to our MSP432E4 Ethernet-based LaunchPad, allowing our cloud-connected gateway to interface with both the BLE-enabled e-Lock and motor fault monitoring node. And as mentioned, the SimpleLink Sub-1 GHz CC1310 LaunchPad kit is also connected to the MSP432E4 MCU allowing our gateway to interface with Sub-1GHz RF edge nodes using our TI-15.4 stack as well. Cheers!
Orkhan Amiraslanov - We would love to see you at the show! You can find us at LVCC, North Hall Mtg Rms - N115

Definitely a great demonstration of a variety of TI Connected devices solutions.
This demo is available as TI's Reference Design, if it does can you please share the link?
Thanks in advance.
