If you are there, you should stop by the TI Booth and speak to either Cathy Wicks or Kausalya Palevesam. Got a simple etch-a-sketch program going in 3 minutes after power up. Truley amazing. The only problem is that the LM3S8962 is over 6 years old. How about adding the DK-LM3S9D96 and Stellaris Launchpad to the list of Tier 1 boards. (LabVIEW Embedded for ARM Tier 1 boards are development boards that work with LabVIEW out-of-the-box.)

Don't wait for National Instruments to do this. It needs to be done by Texas Instruments. There's a great opportunity to make TI Stellaris very easy - even easier than the Arduino method. Tier 1 ports only take a couple of months to develop and will open up a whole new market for TI.

Message to Texas Instruments marketing - Create a couple of LabVIEW Embedded for ARM Tier 1 ports and see the popularity of those boards soar.
