Reprogram the pack with a fresh firmware (*.senc) file with selected chemistry ID, to clear all hidden

constants and set the correct chemistry specific table.

How do I verify the correct chemistry specific table is been loaded into the 20z95? I can't find it in the data flash.

Type 8 into the value field for Manufacturer Access in the SBS screen. Then hit Enter. The chemistry ID will be returned.

That did work as it returned 0100. Normally it has 0000 why is that?

How do I create a .ROM file for the BQ20z95? The bqTester software dataFlash Reader onl;y support a bq20z90 and fails on my z95. Is there any way to do this with the EV2300 box and it's software? What do you suggest?

The Mfr. Access is used for many different things (see Technical Reference)

ROM file can be created with bqMTester, or with the latest version of bqEasy. New devices can be added by following the instructions in the manual

I downloaded the bqMTester software and it gave me an error saying "expecting a -1  boards received  0." Do I have to buy the Bqtester board for the software to work.

I should be able to produce a ROM file with the bqeasy. How do I load a ROM file in production if the bqMTester and the bqTester software doesn't support the bq20z95?

Yes. You need to buy the hardware. In the mean time you can be reviewing the manual. There is some detailed setup instructions.
