TPS65930 EXTEST MODE

Do you have any information on putting the TPS65930 part into extest? We have a macro to put the part into extest mode in order to exercise some of the pins, but it is toggling the NRESOMAP pin, which of course screws up the scan chain.

We put the part into preload before extest, and that seemed to stop it from toggling the OMAP reset. Thanks.

We put the part into preload before extest, and that seemed to stop it from toggling the OMAP reset. Thanks.
