E2E Users,

During a routine maintenance cycle today to launch some new improvements and fix bugs, the TI E2E Community began experiencing issues.  The team spent some time investigating these issues and determined we could not fix the problem and initiated a rollback of the software code.  At the time of the rollback, it reset our communities database the the time of the last backup (1PM CST)  This means we have unfortunately lost all content which was generated on the community between 1pm CST and 3:15pm.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Thank you for your understanding, as these improvements to the site are designed to provide you with a better user experience!

Again, we apologize.

The TI E2E Community Team
