UPDATED May 10th

Our latest code push fixing many issues (full list here) went live today.

With our recent upgrade of the community to a newer version of the platform we have seen various issues arise from users not being able to post and issues related to emails. We apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered recently while using E2E.

This post will provide an ongoing update on where we stand with the current main issues.

Issues with Posting

As of our code push today most issues surrounding posting (replying to threads, posting new threads, blog comments) should now be resolved.

If you are currently experiencing any issues with posting (hanging up or not processing) beyond that be sure to read this thread on how to clear out the cache in your browser (read here).

If you are still experiencing issues please let us know.


Issues with Emails

Delays in Getting System Emails - We have identified the problem and are actively working to have this resolved.

Email Issues Other - We are seeing limited other email issues. Please leave a comment if you are experiencing any other issues with system emails or your email settings.


Advanced Search

Currently when you use the advanced search (depending on the browser you are using) additional pages of results are not displayed or accessible. We have now resolved this issue for some browsers but are still working to resolve in others like IE.


Issues with Logging in

Any issues logging in should now be resolved.
