A suggestion/Idea

Hi Team Ti,

I have an Idea in bettering User's experience through a separate section in Ti e2e.

Current strategy of Ti e2e:- If you look at currently users pour in their problems/doubts/questions/clarifications and user community responds

what is missing: - Say as an user if i am stuck with something i need to search through all the e2e posts and understand the tech problem [code] and come out with solution [do coding on my own and come out].

what can be added: - Based on my experience, i expertise a section of Ti peripheral's and i have coded it in my current project and i am willing to share it with user community [which can be beneficial for someone who wants quick solution rather than scaling steep learning curve].

User File's Space: - The idea is to have a common space where every user contributes with code [for example many a things are missing in the Ti installation folders..say interrupts, Isr functions, tricks, more debug stuff]. User community might have done for their projects and may be willing to share and he/she can go to User's File Space [Let me tell you again, this is common place rather than finding files under USER UPLOADED FILES in a user's profile]. Ti's current points based scheme can be extended to this strategy [i.e. say i come up with a code which is most downloaded and for every download i will get added some X Points]..Ofcourse Ti can give some incentives/points for most downloaded/challenging stuff.

so in this way, both users community can get benefited as well as Ti Developers [Possibly much of the burden will be removed on Ti developers since many folks will be contributing what Ti engineers are trying to achieve internally].

I see a great potential in this idea and its benefit is three ways [Users get wanted code, Users can grow in their levels/compete in best code, Ti Developers can supervise the user's code and together can contribute to code.

Please think over this,

Thanks

RC Reddy

    R C Reddy,

Thanks for taking the time out to write us with this feedback on taking a look at offering more with code sharing. We appreciate this feedback and ongoing will look at ways we can possibly do something along these lines.
