Can not login to e2e with a user name

I had an e2e account using my email address "sinoj@mistralsolutions.com". I can't login to the e2e forum with that address now as it says "your TI-pass has not been renewed by your Administrator. Please contact your Administrator to gain access to this system." So i created a new account with different e-mail (sinojmissac@gmail.com).

How do i get my previous account reinstated?  I want to continue that as is my official id. Is there a way to merge both accounts?

Thanks,

Sinoj

    Hi Sinoj,

To get your myTI account reinstated you will need to contact your TI sales representative or 3P administrator from TI.  I will send this post to the 3P program managers as well and hopefully either from your end or mine we can get this resolved for you.

    Thanks

    Sinoj,

I looked into that and found your old account.

I requested to reinstate. Hope to have it by tomorrow.

    Ace,

You have a "special" account which at one time granted you access to a system at TI.  That access looks like it expired, unfortunately we on the community team cannot fix this.  I would recommend contacting the person who you requested this access of to get it renewed OR contacting our support group.
