I have been regularly using the Support Forum for over 2 weeks now, and I have been pleased with the responses to posts/questions. I have noticed something that was bothering me, I am not sure if it is the same for other users. I had one possible suggestion to the format when replying to a post. Is there a way that I can have all the comments in the thread from the opening post be displayed, so it becomes easier for reference when I'm typing out a reply, I just found it a little disappointing to see only the post previous to it being displayed. If not present, is this something that can be implemented in the future?
Also, I see that there is a feature built-in the text editor to check for spelling errors, but it does not seem to be suggesting corrections? Again, is this something that will possibly be implemented in the future?
Those of us that use the forum daily, and sometimes several times per day, are also annoyed with not being able to see the entire thread but haven't figured out how to fix this except open a seperate window to view the original issue. Also, as we here are hoping that our spelling mistakes are overlooked as we are usually so anxious to get the customer an answer. Some of my colleges actually type out the reply in Word and then paste it onto the forum once spell check has finished with it.

Thank you for your response. The spelling issue is really minor, but i'm slightly annoyed by it because it highlights the mistake and does nothing about it, I think it is only because I've become adjusted to other editors having that option or maybe because I'm fussy about spellings being right.
Either way, I think something should be done about viewing the thread.

I sent an email to the community manager to see if he has suggestions or was aware of these issues. The E2E sie is constantly being revised and upgraded (it is relatively new so still being broken in really). Hopefully this will help move the thread-viewing and spell check to the top of the to-do list. Thanks for your feedback!
