Hello,

I suscribe to a lot of your forums.  Up until today, that was cool becuase I was only getting initial posts and I could then go to the link and suscribe to that message if I wanted to receive the replies.

Today (or sometime this weekend) I start receivng EVERY post.  I don't need that, how can I set it back to just the headlines?

Did something change?

Brandy

    Brandy,

I do apologize for the issue.  We are working on a resolution on this and a number of other bugs.  In the meantime my recommendation would be to unsubscribe to the forums and possibly use the new email digest functionality until we can get this resolved.

I will let you know first thing once it gets fixed.

    Hi Foe,

maybe my issue is related to this one - although my experience is the contrary. I don't get any notification mails at the moment. Is this because you're trying to fix the too many emails issue described by the other users?

    Thanks and regards,

    one and zero

    One and zero,

You beat me to it!  I was just about to say something about this too.  Today, I got zero emails!

    Thanks for working on this!

FYI, the missing notifications now start tickling in ...

I hope you get the latency back to normal again ...

    Kind regards,

I have the same problem with e-mail latency. I'm receiving the notification e-mails about 5 hours late. A coworker has noticed the same problem.

We are still seeing delays in system emails going out and are working to resolve this asap. As soon as there are any updates we will post an update here.

    Hello Blake,

Is there an update on the amount of emails being sent - that is why I get not only new threads but every post and response that comes to the forums I suscribe to?

    Thanks,
    Brandy

    Brandy,

We are hoping to have fixes in place to resolve most of the email issues here in the next 48 hours. As soon as I have a list of issues and fixes going into place I will be posting these and I'll update this thread.

    Foe
We believe we have this email issue resolved.

Looks like. At least my latest posts in this forum rushed in my inbox shortly after.

Thanks for your efforts and keep up the good work.
