Hi,

I am a TIer . My AID is a0132081 and my TI email id is siddharth.deshpande@ti.com

I am trying to join  "Hercules ARM® Cortex™ Safety Microcontroller" forum (http://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/hercules/default.aspx).

I am unable to join this E2E forum, when I try to login to a forum with my TI login, I get the attached web page stating that there is a Validation Error.

I can only logon using my private account.  Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Siddharth

    Siddharth,

If you have joined and activated your E2E account then you won't need to join anything else on E2E. Are you trying to subscribe to a forum within Hercules and getting this issue or are you seeing this when you attempt to sign in to E2E?

    Hi Blake,

I am getting this error when I try to sign in to E2E with my TI login id.

This is the first time I am trying to login and I am supposed to respond to some forum  queries within Hercules.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks,

    Siddharth

    Siddharth,

Can you provide me a step by step you are taking when getting the error including the browser you are currently using and its version? This will help me to troubleshoot further where any problems might be.

    Blake,

     Here are the steps

Step 1 : Go to Hercules forum http://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/hercules/f/312.aspx

Step 2: Click on "Sign in with my.TI Login

Step 3: Enter my TI email address and password

Step 4 : Click on Continue

Step 5:  After clicking on Continue, I get the "Valdiation Error message " (http://e2e.ti.com/msgs/default.aspx?MessageID=105&Redirected=true)

    I am using IE version 7 .

Can you let me know if my TI ID needs special privileges to post/reply to a query on the forum?

    Best Regards,

    Siddharth

    Siddharth.

Can you go to e2e.ti.com log in then click the link to the hercules forum?

Also please delete your temporary internet files first.

Hercules is no different than this forum...its public and anyone can post in it.  Not sure why your having issues.

    Foe,

I get the same error when I try to login to e2e.ti.com, Also I tried to login from a different  PC but still get the same error.

Looks like there is something wrong with my AID.

    Regards,

    Siddharth

    Siddharth,

I've updated your main TI account. Feel free to try to login to it again and let me know what happens.

    Blake,

I still get the same error page when I try to login to e2e.ti.com with my TI login.

When I try to login, the following link tries to open in the browser

https://fedid.ext.ti.com/amserver5/SAMLPOSTProfileServlet?TARGET=https://e2e.ti.com  but  it gets redirected to the following link

http://e2e.ti.com/msgs/default.aspx?MessageID=105&Redirected=true with the validation error message.

    Regards,

    Siddharth

    Foe,

I am using IE 7.0.5730.13CO.  I tried using FirexFox version 10.0 but still get the same error

FF 10 is known to have compatibility issues with our login system but IE7 should work.

Just out of curiosity, how are you posting here if you cant login?
