Hello,
I've been trying to resolve a payment issue:
There have been too many failed payment attempts. Please contact us for assistance in completing your order.
Unknown error occurred processing transaction. (Reason code: 200)
I've tried calling Sales Representatives because their phone number is listed on the Contact Us page but they seemed not to even know what the eStore was. Replying to sales@ti-estore.com didn't work (didn't really expect it to). I find it frustrating that even when the error asks for the customer to contact TI for assistance no contact information is included. Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction.
My bank account shows that the order price has actually been billed (or atleast held) twice already!
I can be contacted at dere...@gmail.com.
Thanks!

I have the same problem. First, I suspected my bank is doing something, checked an everything was fine. Then i find this:
www.securepay.com.au/resources/SecurePay_Response_Codes.pdf
Code 200 - Invalid transaction amount
Its' TI's fault - completely!
Edit: Actually it was my fault, sorry. Card data I've entered was not 100% correct (see on the 2nd page).
Did anyone from the eStore team contact either of you? Are you issues now resolved?

No. I'm afraid that our questions are redirected to /dev/null. I thought I'll wait couple days and try to pay again.
Could you check with somebody?

Hi Foe,
No contact yet, still waiting to get this resolved. Could you point someone our direction? My email address is in my previous post.
Derek
I have the same problem. What is the contact number/name?
Thanks
Bhadri
Unfortunately we still haven't received any contact from TI other than here. Hopefully the three of us get some information soon.

If not I will boycot TI and not buy anything more from eStore ;-)

Today I tried one more time - 15 min before and after that I successfully payed with same card elsewhere. But I don't understand, are we the only tree costumers with problems here?
I hit on this problem on Saturday. I am going to wait till tomorrow afternoon as it might be too much to ask for a reply over the weekend.
If I am not getting a reply by tomorrow. I am buying it else were as well.
I have forwarded your request to our eStore team and I hope they will have a resolution for you soon.
Sorry for any inconvience
Thanks for forwarding it on Foe. Some inconvenience but hopefully it will all get resolved soon. I would definitely recommend that contact information for eStore support be posted somewhere easy to find.
Awesome. I will be waiting for the information.
Derek,
I apologize for not having a easy way for you to contact the eStore. I am working on getting a link placed on the eStore site that directly ties into our eStore support team. In the interim can you please call 1800-477-8924 and a PIC agent will work with getting your order details and have your order placed. You can also use the form http://www-k.ext.ti.com/sc/technical-support/email-tech-support.asp explaining the issue and based on your region a corrosponding PIC agent will engage with you.
Please let me know if you have your issue is not resolved immediately, my email is ti_Store@ti.com
Regards
Shekhar
Hi, my name is Luis Filipe and i ordered a eZ430-Chronos-915 at Ti eStore and i had the same problem. I tryed to pay with a Master Card credit card, but the system returned void 2 times. So i tryed to pay with a Visa card and it seems to worked. I just want to confirm that the 2 first transactions (with the Master Card) were not charged and if it is everything ok with the Visa payment. The Order Number is #15813. My account is: luisf.rossi@gmail.com
PS: I sent you an e-mail and posted at TI webform (althought it seems to be used for problems with devices and not services)
PSS: I checked at my CC at the internet and my limit was reduced so i am considering the transaction was OK, but at the TI site it is still pending. Thank you!
I am having the same problem. I have tried with 2 different cards (one credit, 1 debit) and my order will not go through. Keeps saying error code 200. I need this part for my class!
Sorry that I didn't responded earlier. I found what was my problem. My card is registered to company's address, but the card info I entered was from my private card. You should enter card holder info exactly as it is registered with card issuer.
For example, if its registered as Your Name, Your company address, you should enter exactly the same info and not for example Your Name, Your home address. It won't work.
