colleague of mine's posts aren't showing up

He has an account, can log in and write and submit posts. However, he receives no confirmation email and his posts do not show up on the forum. His Mark C. Miller. I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me to resolve this issue for him. Thanks

    Hi Nick,

    There are a couple of things I would need your friend to do.

    1) log into his my.ti account and make sure that the email address is correct with his my.ti registration

    2) log into e2e and click on "Settings" at the top then "Site Options" and make sure that all his email settings are correct and that hes optd-in to receive email.

    3) make sure that noreply@e2e.ti.com and e2e.ti.com are set up in his email spam controls as allowed.

    Once this is complete, try to post and see if he gets the email...if he still doesnts, have him post his email address here so we can look him up and we will take a look and see if we can figure out whats going on.
