The central location for E2E training, feature updates, member feedback and site support
Hi,
I am not receiving any mails from E2E community. Last date I received mail from E2E forum was Jan 5th.
Can anyone tell me what can be the issue?
Regards,
Vini
Vini,
Any specific types of emails you are expecting to get that you aren't (ie - specific forum)?
When you get a chance if you can review your spam folders to see if E2E email is by chance going in there.
Additionally make sure in your approved senders in your program you have noreply@e2e.ti.com as an allowed sender.

Hi Blake,
I am subscribed to OMAP35x forum and not getting any mails from this forum.
Also, when I am posting query in any other form and choose mail updates option for that thread, I am not getting any updates.
I checked that mails are not going in my SPAM or JUNK email folder and also noreply@e2e.ti.com is not blocked.
I am still not getting E2E mails. Can anyone help?
BR,
Are you not getting emails from only post responses? Or is it a subscription issue? Or maybe you aren't getting any emails at all... please inform. I know in February you mentioned that you were not getting emails at all. Is this still the case?

I've confirmed that all of your settings are correct. Therefore my guess it that your SPAM filters are catching the emails in your trash folder. This happens from time to time.
I would contact your IT department and get noreply@e2e.ti.com added as approved in your system
Thanks

Hi Foe,
Once again I am able to receive E2E mails.
Actually, noreply@e2e.ti.com was blocked by my mail service provider itself.
Actually, all the domains starting with "noreply" were blocked. May be TI can change this ID :)
Thanks for your help.
