Hi Ti E2E Support,

Has there been any recent upgrade to the TI E2E system yesterday/today? Today I have received several mails from E2E which have been missing forum name being part of their subject. Has anything intentionally been changed here? I (and I guess lots of others) use forum name in subject for sorting incomming mails from E2E. Any ideas? Hopefully it will soon get back?

    Hi Soren,

    Yes we upgrading yesterday to a newer version of the platform.  The change to the email template was done unintentionally and we will try to get that resolved.  Our goal would be that all the system emails were consistent in that regard.

    What did you do to the search function? The search can't find any of the forum posts.

    There was an error in the search indexer which we believe we corrected this morning.  Hopefully this will correct the search results within the next couple hours

    What's the ETA for fixing this?

    I get a ton of emails from the forums and use Outlook to filter them in to the appropriate folders thus keep my inbox clear (and my smart phone from constantly alerting me to new email).

    Hi Foe,

    All mail I have received from TI E2E seems to have been OK since either the 26th or 27th (I can't remember) of April. Thanks however for letting me know that all now as well officially should have been resolved - I will let you know if/when I next time see any unexpected stuff happening :-)
