Hi TI,

I have posted many times in E2E forum but no TI staff responds to my request for help.

My company needs quotation from TI USA to port OpenCV functions on DSP core.

Please help me to get the email contact of TI staff who helps us.

Below are my several postings :

    Mr. Tan,

I apologize you have not gotten the support you expected.  Please remember that the TI E2E Community is a place where customers of TI can work together to solve problems with TI employees moderating and providing input when appropriate.  The reality is that there are times when the teams within TI are not able to devote as much attention to the community as they would like.

If you have urgent needs my recommendation would be that you contact your assigned TI sales representative.

If you do not have an assigned sales or distribution representative, then you can Contact Technical Support in your region as the E2E Community is just one of many of the support tools available to you.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Hi Foe,

When I talk to the distribution representative, he will talk to local TI staff.

The local TI staff will refer me to E2E forum.

The E2E forum does not respond to my request. In the end, I have got no help.

We are now using ARM core in DM3730 to run OpenCV functions.

The fixed point DSP core is not used because we have no expertise to port OpenCV functions onto DSP core.

We understand that TI USA has ported some OpenCV functions onto the fixed point DSP core.

We want to request for quotation of getting TI staff to port OpenCV functions or support us on OpenCV porting.

If you want to help us, please provide an email address of a USA TI staff who can look into our problem.

To me, it is so difficult to learn to use TI DSP product even if we want to pay TI to learn.

    Thanks,

    Mr Tan
