The TI E2E Community team would like to announce two new features that focus on improving your overall community experience. “Tag Subscriptions” and “Subscriptions Tab” are overlapping features that enable community members to target and monitor specific products of interest, as well as manage how they receive community information.

Tag Subscriptions
The tag subscription feature is designed to provide community members with the ability to email subscribe to specific parts or product lines of interest. For example if a community user is only concerned with discussions involving a few select parts, then they can subscribe to those appropriate tags and receive email alerts whenever those parts are mentioned within the community.

Conveniently, there are two separate ways that members can subscribe to tags of interest, including Tag Clouds and E2E Search.

Subscribing to tags using existing Tag Clouds:
Step 1: Click the tag that you would like to subscribe to
Step 2: Click the “subscribe” button to start receiving email notifications of your selected tag

 

Subscribing to tags using E2E Search
Step 1: Use the E2E Search box to find your product or part of interest
Step 2: Select the “Tags” link, located on the left-hand side of your search results page
Step 3: Click the “subscribe” to start receiving email notifications of your selected tag
