    Using on E2E

     

    Adding to Your Forum Post Signature

    • Save the desired image file above to your local hard drive
      • Hover over the image file and right-click and save as for PC Users. For MAC users hover over the image and select it and then drag it to your desktop.
    • Log-in to E2E
    • Click on "Settings" in the text navigation bar towards the top right (to the left of "Favorite Places")
    • Once at "Settings" click on the text link for "Site Options"
    • Under the "Signature" rich editor use the "Insert Image" button (to the left of the paper clip) to add the image from your hard drive
    • Once added in be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the gray "Save" button for your updates to go into effect

    Adding to Your E2E Profile Page

    • Save the desired image file above to your local hard drive
      • Hover over the image file and right-click and save as for PC Users. For MAC users hover over the image and select it and then drag it to your desktop.
    • Log-in to E2E
    • Click on your username in the text navigation bar towards the top right (located next to your avatar)
    • This will take you to your profile page where you will need to click on "Edit Profile" (top right)
    • In the "About" section you will find a rich text editor where you can now click on the "Insert Image" button (to the left of the paper clip) to add the image from your hard drive
    • Once you have added the image and any additional support text you want to add beneath it click on the "Save Profile" text link towards the top right (immediately below the Share button)

     


    Using on Your Blog, Social Network/Other

    Any of the above image files you can also use for your blog, your profile page on other industry online community sites you participate in (if they allow you to update your profile in this fashion) and on other social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc).

    I think the error was on what to link to, linking to the actual picture on a page can be simple by right clicking and selecting

    Copy Image Location

    then putting it as edited html or

    What I did was insert file and used http://e2e.ti.com/resized-image.ashx/__size/468x60/__key/CommunityServer-Discussions-Components-Files/731/3377.468x60_2D00_Banner_2D00_MTS.png
