Welcome to the TI Microcontroller projects page! Feel free to share your latest and greatest projects and designs based on TI microcontrollers. Or if you’re not quite ready to contribute, please browse around and rate the your favorite projects! This is a great place to get new design ideas, resources & inspiration.
Use Xcode to develop for LaunchPad platform!
embedXcode is a template for Xcode.
It relies on Energia Arduino-based IDE and currently supports the MSP430G2xxx, MSP430FR5739, MSP430F5529 and Stellaris LM4F now Tiva C Series LaunchPads.
embedXcode also features external debugging. Breakpoints are defined within Xcode and the debugging session runs on a Terminal window.
Biggest challenge is to obtain documentation on Xcode to improve integration of the debugger.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
The User Manual is also available as an e-book available at (link).
embedXcode now supports the FranchPad MSP430FR5739 experimenter board!
For easier installation, it is now a self-installing package.

embedXcode now supports the Stellaris LM4F LaunchPad experimenter board!
New release 33 includes full automatic configuration of the project.
All the libraries —cores, libraries and variants— are searched for and added under Resources for code-sense, and the correct directories are defined for the targets, allowing click-to-error.
New release 53 includes full project configuration.
All the libraries from the Energia framework are added to the Xcode project for code-sense and code completion. User's libraries —under the sketchbook/libraries folder— are also included.
New release (115 onwards) includes external debugging, leveraging the LaunchPads' built-in hardware debugger: breakpoints are defined in Xcode and the debugging session runs on a Terminal window.
embedXcode requires Xcode 4 on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion and 10.8 Mountain Lion or Xcode 5 on Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion and 10.9 Mavericks.
