My customer recieved our DIX4192 EVM but the software in the CD-Rom is unreadable.

Do we have the soft copy on any internal sharepoint to download or can someone E-mail it to me.

Thanks.

    Hi, Joe,

What do you mean the CD-Rom is unreadable?

The GUI itself only runs on Win XP. Can you customer work with XP?

BTW, who is your customer, application, potential volumes, and status of DWIN?

    Hi, Joe,

Hmmm, it appears that we got a bad batch of CDs, I have seen at least one other customer complain that the foil separated from the plastic disk.

Let me see if I can get an image of the CD, or at least the GUI and post it here.

Unfortunately, this GUI only works on XP...

    Joe,

Excellent! I am working on getting a copy. I'll zip it and post it here when I get it. It should be early next week.
