I may have overlooked this on the DRV134 datasheet...
What is the difference between the DRV134PA and DRV134PAG4? (Other than price.)
I don't see electrical or packaging differences.
I guess no one else knows either.
Did marketing create this part number?
Is the "G4" suffix the result of binning?
OK, this gets more interesting. Just received an order from Mouser specifically ordering both the DRV134PA and the DRV134PAG4. They have separate SKUs. The "PAG4" version is $0.95 less expensive (qty <25). The anti-static bags had different labels, one DRV134PA, the second DRV134PAG4.
Here's the kicker: Both tubes contained DRV134PA. Only the date codes were different.
On the TI product page both are shown to be the same price @ 1K pcs.
So back to the original question: What's the difference?

It's simply an intermediate step in our lead-free conversion process many years ago...
G4 at the end was an intermediate lead-free marking we used a few years back that we maintain for customers that had originally used it in their prints. You can use either version, both are lead-free today.
It IS kind of interesting that Moser sells them for different prices. They must have a mistake in their system, or they are trying to clear out all their inventory on G4.
