I have one TAS5631 and i don't want to drive with digital audio processor (TAS5518).
I want to use this power circuit in stereo mode.
Exist a good schematics (not processor) for convert analog audio signal to pwm signal for this TAS5631?

The TAS5631 was designed to be used with PWM modulators like the TAS5508/TAS5518/TAS5086.
If you just need analog input you should use the TAS5630. The TAS5630 is avaiable in TI's sample program.
If you insist on using the TAS5631 you already have you could use a TPA2016D2 as analog modulator, but you will not get the performance of the TAS5630

If I use tpa2008 as analog modulator is ok ?
Have a good Signal-to-noise ratio (96db).
Is necessary to connect output load to tpa2008 in this case?
Or I connect directly to entry (tas5631).

Hi, Chitu,
TPA2008D2 will work as a modulator, just connect the two outputs to the two inputs on the TAS5631. Just make sure you run the TPA2008D2 at 4.2V or less, or you'll damage the input pins on the TAS5631. I'd recommend 3.3V.
And, you're right, you should add some nominal load to the TPA2008D2 output. Something like a 1 kohm resistor across its outputs should be fine.
I'd just liked to reiterate what Kim said -- if you want analog input, by far the best way to achieve that is to use TAS5630!

We engineer a colleague (Bucharest) sent me 2 pieces for testing,not EVM (I think is samples )
I wanted to test them because I saw on forums only good words for new models of circuit (classD)
If you send me your address (privately), I can see if I can find a couple TAS5630s in the lab for you. It pains me to see people work on non-optimal solutions. I think you will never be able to achieve the same level of performance as the TAS5630.
