I notice that all of TI class-D amplifier output is basically open loop RCL low pass filter that depend heavily on load resistance to determine correct value for correct frequency response. Is there any recommendation for amplifier output that might be unconnected to speaker, or connected to various speaker impedance? (as is the case for portable amp)
Currently i plan to use output current detector to mute the amp when there's no load applied., but it would be great if it can be done "passively".
