Secure software download problems!

Hi,

I am trying to download the TAS5766-1.16_rev32169-windows-installer.exe from the mySecure software page. Unfortunately, whenever I try, the download of this 455MB file finishes early without downloading the whole file. It doesn't give an error message, it just stops at a random point in the download as if it finished successfully. I've tried Firefox, IE, Chrome, and even Safari on a variety of machines with a variety of operating systems, and the result is always the same. I've tried machines within my corporate network and machines from home. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

I have escalated this issue to our IT team.

Has anyone else had similar problems? I'm not aware of any...

Hi there ....

I had the same problem ...

it is better you use a download manager ...

http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/download.htm

Then you have the TI.com page under Options / Security as a trusted site or it breaks off again and again ....

Because the download file is an *. EXE file ...

I escalated this to our IT guys, and they have extended the time-out length of time. Michael has verified the download now works correctly for him.

Norman, if you can try downloading directly from www.ti.com/mysecuresoftware and let me know if it works for you.

If it works, then we can close this issue out!
