Hello,

I have a Question of TAS5717_5719EVM GDE.

1. Please refer to the upper picture.

Requested component (BQ3) not foundRequested component (BQ3) not found.

Is this not support of BQ3 function?

2. BQ1(0x26) & BQ3(0x27~0x2F) different from datasheet. But BQ2 & BQ4 is same byte of datasheet..

>datasheet : 0x26, 0x27~2F is 20 byte.

>GDE Memory tool, 0x26 is 4byte. And 0x27 is 1byte, 0x28 is 4byte.

3.This is not menu I2C output value. First BQ setting table and I2C output value is only Memory tool inside.

Data value know is very difficult process I2C read(one by one read).

Hello Eddy:

Although I2C Memory tool indicates that Register 0x26 has four bytes, you can change the register's length to read or write 20 bytes. This could be because in TAS5715 register 0x26 has a length of 4 and the same tool is used for TAS5715/17/19/27.

We'll check "BQ3 not found" issue and get back to you soon with an answer.

Allow me to jump in here. This is a mature product, and we are no longer making updates to the tools. You will have to use the work-arounds that Diego has posted.
