Hi AudioConvertersForum,

I hope it is acceptable for me to email as question to this email address. I you prefer that I don’t please let me know. My Customer is trying to build the 600-W, Isolated PFC Power Supply for AVR Amplifiers Based on the TAS5630 and TAS563 since it isn’t available for sale any longer. They need the Gerber files. I noticed on e2e post dated Nov 06 2012 Don Dapkus replied to a poster saying the amplifier design was build and could be purchased, but didn’t see the Gerber files. Here is a link to the post:

Are the Gerber files available now. If so can you email them to me please? I also replied to the post above so if it’s preferred convenient to reply to that please do so.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the link. I did see that application note it actually states “Gerber files are available as download in the tools folder, or contact the nearest TI representative.”. It seems the Gerber files were available at one time. Would you ask around there at TI and see if anyone would know where the Gerber files are?

I ordered 10 high quality black PCBs, produced according to original TI Gerber files and I still should have some left if you like. I contacted the original magnetics manufacturer - Ole Wolff and got the magnetic specification as well as I ordered complete sets of magnetic for 5 power supplies.

Hi Anton,

I can't share the Gerbers with you. Ask TI representatives directly - I'm sure having some project in background you can get the Gerbers directly from TI. How I wrote I still have some spare PCBs, at least one or two magnetics sets and many more other components. I will drop you an email.

I waiting for your email, My purpose for gerber file are I like to have my own layout and add a few little thing in the PCB off course the original PCB and Magnetic set is also use full to me
