Hi,

Can I connect 2 slave devices to TAS2505 over I2S and can play audio from each slave device one after the other ? to basically output audio over same speaker instead of multiple speakers.

Or TAS2505 works only for one connection over I2S?

Hi, Vageesh,

Can you do a rough sketch or schematic to show what you intend to do? I am not clear if you intend to have 2 slave TAS2505 driven by the same I2S audio source or two TAS2505 to drive the same speaker.

Vageesh,

You may want to add a mux to switch between the two I2S sources.

Hi Paul,

Either of the one devices will be on and will be outputting audio still we need to mux?

We will keep switching between the 2 devices.
