TAS5754M Purepath Console - load speaker response format

I'm using the the audio processing tools to create my filters... I see you can "Load Speaker Response" so that you can see the Biquad+speaker composite graph.  Cool, but what is the correct file format for loading the speaker's response?  I tried simple .txt file export from Clio but this didn't work.  Any suggestions?

thanks

  • Hi Dan,

Please find an example shown below:

    * Freq(Hz) SPL(dB) Phase(degrees)
    20.142 40.839 130.882
    20.508 41.582 123.026
    20.874 42.056 113.255
    21.240 41.991 102.990
    21.606 41.288 93.716
    21.973 39.972 86.993
    22.339 38.224 84.449
    22.705 36.512 87.298
    23.071 35.765 92.811
    23.438 35.692 91.581
    23.804 35.477 82.492
    24.170 34.807 66.065
    24.536 33.653 42.273

    ...

As you can see, it's a space delimited file, with comments held by * symbol. Format is Frequency, Amplitude, Phase.

I used REW to create this file, but likely Clio can produce the same, with a little massaging. Please let us know if you need anything else.

    Best Regards,

    Cody
