Initial Set Up for LM48560 EVM

Hey audio team,

I have a customer who is having trouble with the initial set up of the LM48560 EVM. He is attempting to do a quick test using only HW (no GUI) and unfortunately I dont have an EVM to trouble shoot with in my lab. Do you have a user's guide or set up instructions that you can send out?

I have emailed him this post so any other information that you can share would be very helpful.

Hi Alex,

I couldn't find any official user's guide for the LM48560EVM. However, you could find the quick start guide on Page 17 of its datasheet.

Andy,

Thank you for the help but unfortunately the customer is still not getting any audio out of the EVM. I asked him to try a second EVM just to make sure he didnt get a bad chip and I will let you know if that is the case.

Assuming that is not the error, can you think of any other issues that could be causing this?
