Noise floor of TAS5414 when no signal input

Dear sir

I am design power amp class D by use TAS5414 when no signal input voltage noise is high. I use oscilloscope confirm signal at speaker I have voltage noise 600mVp-p(Fs 417kHz). And check by audio analyzer get -13dB. Could you tell me how to reduce noise ,please?

Measuring noise can be a bit tricky to set up. You cannot just remove the input signal to the amplifier. You need to terminate the input with a short to ground. Make sure the short in not the input pin to ground, but the other side of the input capacitor to ground.

The noise specification is measured with an A-weighted filter on the TAS5414C-Q1. If it is measured on an oscilloscope as you will measure the residual of the 417kHz PWM waveform and broadband noise. You need to use an audio analyzer and the a-weighted filter to measure noise.

Thank you for your advice. I had measured following your advice . I use audio analyzer and the a-weighted. I get 300uVrms. Specification of IC is 100uVrms. My design is not in spec. I want to reduce noise into specification. Could you tell me how to reduce noise,please?
