Turn-on and turn-off times for DRV602 and DRV603 are nominally 1mS and 300uS. They vary with the charge pump oscillator frequency, +/-50%. They are independent of decoupling and charge pump capacitor values unless these are made significantly larger than recommended values. Users wishing to use values larger than the recommended values are encouraged to verify the effect on turn-on/off times if that is important to them.
