The voltage is 10V on TAS5766, When I play 1KHz sine tone using TAS5766, the current just keep about 30mA.
But when I play music using TAS5766, the maximum current will be 700mA, then the system is over current and reboot..
Just when I set little volume and the system work well, please help me to debug this issue.
I reviewed your schematic and here are my comments:
a) C162 and C163 should be placed close to BSNR and BSPR, not OUTNR and OUTPR.
b) If you want the TAS5766 to work in the PBTL mode, you have to modify this circuit. Refer to Section 9.2.2 on Page 44 of the TAS5766 datasheet.
c) R81 should be 100k if a 14dB gain is what you want. See the table below. It on Page 41 of the TAS5766 datasheet.
d) I see L20 is a common mode chokes. I would you try to replace the choke with 2 4.7uF inductors and see if the same issue still occurs.
Here is what we put on Page 48 of the TAS5766 datatsheet.
The TAS576xM can be used with a small, inexpensive ferrite bead output filter when speaker are placed with short internal wires and supply voltages are 12 V or lower, for systems with longer wires or higher than 12V supply voltage LC filtering is recommended.

I see in the PPC3 file you sent to you, the thermal limit of your speaker is set to 3 Watt. Basically, TAS5766 will allow the output power to be above 2.5W since it is still below the 3Watt limit. Try to set the limit to 2.5 or even lower. But one side effect is that the speaker will not be as loud.
