Pro audio amplifiers for Full balanced input / output circuit

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM1792A, PCM4202

Hi all,
my customer plans  a pro audio application including ADC and DAC.

And they plan to use a full differential architecture for this application.

The balanced input and output range is  from -66 dBu (1.1mVpp) to +24 dBu (34.7Vpp).
Target SNR is more than 100dB.
Frequency range is from 20Hz to 20kHz.
The ADC is PCM4202 and the DAC is PCM1792A.

Could you tell me the recommended OP amps for a balanced input and output?

Regards,
Toshi

  • Hi, Toshi,

I have asked my colleague to hep you with your questions. As starting point, I would recommend you to check the EVM User's guide of PCM4202 and PCM1792A, there you can find information about the OpAmps we use in our evaluation boards.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi, Diego-san,
    thanks for your support.

I have already checked the EVM information.
And I would like to know the recommended op amps for supporting balanced input/output which can operate +24dBu signal.

    Thanks and regards,
    Toshi
