TAS5731EVM: TAS5731EVM

Part Number: TAS5731EVM

I am using the amplifier in 2.1 mode and have confirmed via adjusting individual volume settings in the GDE that each channel is being correctly routed to the correct speaker driver.

The problem is that when setting a high-pass filter (Butterworth2) for the HF drive units the GDE seems to also apply this high-pass filter to the sub channel and I lose all bass.

This occurs whether I set the high-pass in BQ1a and BQ2a or BQ1 and BQ2. Turning on BQ ganging and just using BQ1a or BQ1 for the high-pass does not solve this issue.

I cannot understand why adding a high-pass filter to the HF channels is causing the bass (.1) channel to be filtered away. All filters in BQ4a are set to all-pass.
