TAS2505-Q1: Over temperature flag register

Part Number: TAS2505-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS2505

Hi,

I am confirming datasheet of TAS2505-Q1.

According to Section "8.3.7 Automotive Diagnostics", there is following description.

The TAS2505 has a OVER TEMPERATURE PROTECTION (OTP) feature for the speaker driver which is always
enabled to provide protection. If the device is overheated, then the output stops switching. When the device
cools down, the output resumes switching. An over temperature status flag is provided as a read-only bit on
page 0, register 45, bit D7.

From above information, I confirmed register map about page 0x0 address 0x2D in "TAS2505 Application Reference Guide".

However, bit 7 of Add ox2D is assigned "Reserved".

Could you please confirm whether above information is correct or not ?

If this is correct, could you please tell me which document we should apply ?

Best Regards,

Machida
