Where can I find the thermal parameter of TAS5707 ??

I cannot find it in spec.

    You are looking for thermal metric information such as Junction-to-case or junction-to-ambient thermal resistance, correct?

    Hi Yimin,
    TAS5707 is a very old device, and the way how the thermal data is presented in the data sheet is different from the later devices. The following is the thermal parameters for TAS5707. Hope it helps.
    Theta JA-High K 27.5
    Theta JB 8.9
    Theta JC, bottom 0.9
    Theta JC, top 15.0
    Psi JT 0.3
    Psi JB 8.9

    Hello Yimin! Did this answer your question? Also, have you looked at some of our newer open loop devices like the TAS5733, or event the TAS5751/53? Also, closed loop solutions like the TAS5780 can be of great benefit to optimizing a new solution. Thanks, Jeff
