which opamp is on the DIE of the TPA3251? I want use the same opamp in the preamp.

Ralp,

There is no discrete op-amp used for the TPA3251. The die is monolithic and includes everything from the front end to the output FETs.

If you need a great op-amp suggestion we can recommend one to you.
