INA1650-Q1: audio line driver of AEC-Q100 solution - with 3V_rms output

Part Number: INA1650-Q1

Hi Team,

I have automotive customer that need one line driver solution, that could meet with 3V RMS output.

DRV603 is suitable in spec, but there is no AEC-Q100 version.

I check that INA1650-Q1 could also be used as line driver, but I'm not sure if it integrate the charge pump as DRV603 does ? And could it output 3V RMS ?

Could you help me to double check these questions ?

Thanks.

  • Hi Rocson,
INA1650 does not include a charge pump, however, it does include a buffered supply divider which provides a mid supply reference. This would mean that the INA1650's output would be offset to mid supply, but if the customer can add DC blocking capacitors this shouldn't be an issue.

INA1650 won't be able to provide 3VRMS on a 5V supply, since 3VRMS works out to ~8.5Vpp. It should be possible to deliver a 3Vrms output with a 12V supply, however.

    Regards,
