I requested access to these software products almost 2 weeks ago now with no response. I filled out the entire request form for both products. Any assistance would be appreciated as this matter is now time sensitive. Thank you.

I contacted with the adminostrator, and they will approve the access soon. When you get the email, you could check the approved software in 'TI Home -> myTI -> mySecure Software'. Please let me know if there is any problem.

I see the PurePath Console software but I am still waiting on the TAS5751M plug-in. Will this be forthcoming?

Hi Sam,

Please install PPC software on your PC, then sign in with your account. Then you will see the plug-in in th 'Available EVM Apps', pleae click 'Install latest version'.
