TAS2557: Asking for the TAS2557 speaker characterization process

Hi Team,

I would like to do the speaker characterization on the PP-SALB2-EVM and TAS2557(AAP077A).
the system checks are all finish without issues.
However, I am not able to see the following page.

When I entered the characterization page, it only show the information as below.

Please provide your suggestion on how to do to select the characterization in the GUI.
