    Hello Adam,

    Thanks for your concern. Customer needs the Tcase (case temperature) spec, not thermal resistance. The TAS datasheet provides  Tj (junction temperature) and Rjc (junction to case thermal resistance) specifications, thus product line should have official Tcase specification. Customer can measure the Tcase temperature, so we need product line's official data to judge customer's test result.

    This is not something we measure or specify because it is highly dependent on many factors.

    This varies according to heatsink, IC mounting, solder profile, heatsink compound, heatsink attachment, heatsink material, etc...
