TAS5766M: Low part count amplifier with parallel speakers

Part Number: TAS5766M
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV320AIC3268

I have an application where I would like to use an analog microphone connected to a TLV320AIC3268 and  this would be connected to a processor using I2S to record audio. It would also be connected to a TAS5766M using I2S and drive 3 speakers in parallel. However from reading the datasheet it seems that the TAS5766M requires data transmitted to it every time it is started. Would this be something the TLV320AIC3268 could do because in the event the processor isn't working I still need to amplify audio? Additionally how can parallel speakers be characterized using the smart amplifier?
