TPA6211A1: Short to Vbat/ 3rd harmonics issue

Part Number: TPA6211A1

I have identified the root cause of 3rd harmonics issues, it’s because i have used output DC blocking capacitor and RL(32ohm) act as high pass filter and due to DC blocking capacitor low frequency performance is limited.

I have attached before and after DC blocking capacitor 3rd harmonics results.

I am using the BTL output, as per datasheet for BTL output DC blocking capacitor is not required right.

If yes, I would like to remove the DC blocking capacitor to improve the audio performance.

Is it ok to remove the DC blocking capacitor?. Is IC safe when short to Vba(upto 32V)t or Short Gnd condition at VO-/VO- pins?.

TPA6211A1 amplifier VCC is 5V, As i know, BTL output wont get damage upto 5V. Is it safe to short 32V battery at output pins without DC blocking capacitor?.

Please help me to solve this 3rd harmonics and low frequency issue.

Thanks. Before DC blocking capacitor.pdfAfter DC blocking capacitor.pdf
