Hi,


I found a rather confusing information about the INA169 bandwidth. According to the website it has 4.4 MHz bandwidth, but the datasheet (actual rev D) states 440 kHz.

Can you please clarify? Which is the correct information?

    Zoltan,

    The issue comes down to gain bandwidth - the bandwidth is affected by the gain which is set by the external resistor - which obviously we cannot control.  

    For unity gain (Rout = 1K) the BW is 4.4 MHz.  For a gain of 10 (as indicated by the 10K entry in the data sheet) the BW is 440KHz.  Please look at the chart on page 4:

    I'd like to add a little comment. The figures a little bit missleading in the datasheets if you are comparing the INA168 and INA169 bandwith. In the table of the INA168 the bandwith provided at 0dB (800kHz) and 28dB (32kHz) in comparison of the INA169's table provided at 20dB (440kHz) and 26dB (220kHz). This values is not comparable without checking the graphs.
