I'm posting the question for the customer:

Is there the equation used to calculate the GAIN Error Factor including
the parameter of input Common-Mode Voltage ?
Could anyone post it here ?
If the equation of GAIN Error Factor (Data sheet,page 12,Equation 1) includes
a dispersion value of Input Bias Current, we guess it is a fixed Input Bias Current.
The Input Bias Current changes by a change in the Common-Mode Voltage.
(refer to: Data sheet, page 7,
"Figure 11. Input Bias Current vs Common-Mode Voltage With Supply Voltage = 5 V")
We need the Factor including a change in the Input Common-Mode Voltage.
