INA226 motor transient

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA226

I'm using a ina226 to mesure power delivered to a drive.  The transient is said to go up to 140A in the drive but the normal current will be around 60A.

Is the chip able to sustain transient over 81.92mV in the shunt input ?

I'm not sure if I should select a 1 mOhm or something between 0.25 to 0.5 mOhm.

Thanks

Charles
