High accuracy low ampere (100nA to 1mA) current measurement

Need a current sense IC to be used for AC signal with 100mV input voltage and frequency ranges from 100Hz to 1KHz. Planning to use low side current measurement.

Hello

Our integrated current shunt monitors can in general satisfy your requirements, except the current level is largely outside of the optimal working area. You probably will not get the level of precision desired at this low current level.

I would recommend building a custom circuit out of TI precision instrumentation amplifiers. He is a link that may offer some ideas.
