INA199B2 output load

Hi Team,

Could you help check could INA199B2 output work stable with the load of 33ohm series resister and 100nf capacitor to ground?

The Maximum capacitive load mentioned in datasheet is only 1nf.

Hi Nick,

Yes we did check verify this last Friday. My apologies I was out of the office this week and was not able to post the results.

The 100nF is very big. With a small resistor as 33 ohms you will get oscillation. I did some trials and error and found out you will need a 1k ohm resistor or bigger to avoid oscillation. Please revisit customer requirements and try to find out why that big cap is needed, maybe they can lower it.

Thanks for your update.
The customer feedback that the ADC input need a 100nf cap to GND.
Could the customer connect 2kohm series resister to avoid oscillation?

Hi Nick,

Yes, as I mentioned in previous post, anything above 1kohm will work.
