INA213: INA213 The behavior of suffix B under Low Vcm

Part Number: INA213

Hi,

I have a question.

There is two version, the suffix is A and B.

In the B version, the minimum Vcm is -0.1V.

How does output behave until Vcm is between -0.1V and -0.3V?

I hope that even if the offset comes out greatly, it will not fluctuate in this Vcm range.

Best regards,

Tomoaki Yoshida

  • Hi Tomoaki-san,

Behavior outside Absolute Maximum Ratings are unknown and customer should not operate our devices outside the range. The minimum Vcm voltage for Version A is -0.3V and for Version B is -0.1V. If voltages below -0.1V are needed please use the A version.

    Regards,
