INA225: Output range and accuracy

Part Number: INA225

My INA225 design has the REF pin at 0.55V, and the differential input voltage varies from -0.015V to 0.09V. If I'm doing my math right, the output voltage range is then from 0.175V to 2.8V.

Figure 14 in the datasheet indicates in bi-directional cases the output can go down to 10mV.

In the electrical characteristics section of the datasheet it says that the gain errors are all specified at "Vout = 0.5V to Vout = Vs-0.5V".

So my questions are:

#1 - Am I reading the datasheet correctly, in that I should be able to obtain outputs voltages near 10mV?

#2 - What happens to the gain error below an output voltage of 0.5V, and above an output voltage of Vs-0.5V?
